I have had the honor of working closely from 2012 to 2021 at Zennio Avance y Tecnología, where he held the position of Head and Coordinator of the Hardware Department being his direct manager as coordinator of the Engineering Department.
Guillermo has demonstrated his high technical knowledge in electronics that allowed him to be one of the best designers, participating in the most complex and successful projects that were developed in that period, such as power supplies and high-end screens. In addition, his great management and leadership skills helped him to be promoted to Head of the Hardware Department where he was very involved in personal management, having a relevant role both in the creation of a good climate of work, attention to the personal needs of their colleagues and the preparation and delivery of Hardware training for new incorporations within the company.
Last but not least, I would like to highlight his high dedication , communication skills, camaraderie and responsibility , as well as the perfectionism, demand, commitment and proactivity.
